Job summary

EY is seeking an experienced product and delivery leader to guide wealth platform transformation across U.S. Wealth Management organizations. You will steer capability definition, prioritization, and roadmaps while partnering with business, technology, and client teams to deliver advisor-centric platforms.

The role emphasizes Agile delivery, strong communication, and the ability to manage large programs spanning onboarding, trading, custody, regulatory reporting, and digital wealth capabilities.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Wealth Management, Private Banking, Trust, Advisory Services, Broker-Dealer Operations, or Financial Services Technology Consulting.
• Experience leading Wealth platform transformation, localization, or modernization initiatives.
• Strong Agile delivery experience including backlog management, sprint execution, release planning, and requirements governance.
• Experience working with Wealth Management platforms such as FNZ, Charles River, Envestnet, Orion, Addepar, Tamarac, Pershing, Fidelity Wealthscape, or similar solutions.
• Proven ability to translate business objectives into capabilities, features, user stories, and delivery outcomes.
• Strong communication, client-facing, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience managing teams and leading complex technology-enabled transformation programs.

Responsibilities

• Lead product management and business analysis workstreams supporting Wealth Platform Management U.S. localization initiatives using Agile delivery methodologies.
• Drive capability definition, feature prioritization, and product roadmap development aligned to business and client objectives.
• Lead requirements management, backlog governance, sprint planning, execution, and Agile delivery across multiple workstreams.
• Manage stakeholder relationships across business, technology, operations, and client teams.
• Lead release planning, program governance, and overall delivery execution to ensure successful implementation outcomes.
