Job summary

Gallagher Bassett is seeking a Claims Adjuster to join our team. The role is eligible for fully remote work, with a focus on workers' compensation claims across TX, CO, and UT, requiring 3–5+ years of adjustment experience.

You will analyze claims data, communicate with clients and claimants, and resolve complex exposures while ensuring adherence to standards and timelines. A licensed adjuster in applicable states is preferred.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma.
• 5+ years related claims experience.
• Licensed/certified in all states where claims are handled.
• Knowledge of accepted industry standards and practices.
• Computer experience with related claims and business software.
• Bachelor's Degree optional per the company preference.

Responsibilities

• Apply claims management experience to analyze exposure, plan action, and resolve claims.
• Interact with all parties involved to ensure effective communication and resolution.
• Provide exceptional customer service to claimants with empathy throughout the process.
• Handle claims in accordance with client and company policies, procedures, and ethical requirements.
• Document and communicate claim activity timely to support the claim outcome.
