Qualifications

• High School Diploma is required.
• Minimum of 5 years related claims experience.
• Licensed and/or certified in all states where claims are handled.
• Knowledge of accepted industry standards and practices.
• Computer experience with related claims software.

Responsibilities

• Apply claims management experience to analyze claims exposure and resolve claims.
• Interact with clients, claimants, and other parties to ensure effective communication.
• Provide exceptional customer service to claimants on behalf of clients.
• Handle claims in accordance with client policies and ethics requirements.
• Document claim activity timely to support outcomes.
