Job summary

Gallagher Bassett is seeking an experienced Claims Adjuster to handle workers' compensation claims from a fully remote location. The role requires a high school diploma, 5+ years of related claims experience, and active licenses in relevant states.

You will analyze claims exposure, communicate with involved parties, and provide customer-focused service in line with company policies. Ideal candidates will have a bachelor's degree, knowledge of industry standards, and proficiency with claims

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years related claims experience.
• Appropriately licensed and/or certified in all states in which claims are being handled.
• Knowledge of accepted industry standards and practices.
• Computer experience with related claims and business software.

Responsibilities

• Investigate, evaluate, and resolve complex workers compensation claims.
• Work in partnership with clients to deliver innovative solutions and enhance the claims management process.
• Think critically, solve problems, plan, and prioritize tasks to optimally serve clients and claimants.
• Apply claims management experience to analyze exposure, plan course of action, and resolve claims.
• Document and communicate claim activity timely and efficiently, supporting the claim file.
