Job summary

Waters Corporation is seeking a Principal Informatics Sales Development Specialist (waters_connect) to serve as the North American software expert for the LC and LC-MS platform.

You will partner with Territory Account Managers, Mass Spectrometry Specialists, ISS, Product Management, and Professional Services to support opportunities from evaluation through close, delivering tailored demonstrations and technical consultation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a scientific/technical field; advanced degree preferred.
• 8+ years in laboratory software, analytical instrumentation, informatics, or related fields.
• Experience with waters_connect; UNIFI experience preferred.
• Customer-facing presales or solution consulting experience; strong communication.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary subject matter expert for waters_connect for US/Canada.
• Support waters_connect opportunities from evaluation through close with demos and guidance.
• Translate software capabilities into scientific, operational, and business value.
• Collaborate with Product Management and field teams to align solutions.
