Wharton-Smith, Inc. is seeking an experienced Senior Project Superintendent with a water/wastewater background for the Brevard & Indian River County, FL area. The role oversees daily field supervision, safety, schedule, cost, quality, and owner satisfaction on assigned projects.

The position offers $135,200+ annually, with performance bonuses twice a year and a comprehensive benefits package including health insurance, 401(k), paid time off, and a company vehicle.

Qualifications

• 10-15 years of total construction experience.
• Minimum of the most recent 5+ years as a Superintendent (required).
• 20+ years total construction experience preferred; 10+ years as Superintendent (required).
• Candidates must currently be working in water/wastewater.

Responsabilités

• Project safety management.
• Manpower and equipment resource scheduling.
• Coordination of permit and regulatory inspections.
• Project set-up and temporary facilities.
• Field documents control.
• Daily reports.
• Progress photographs.
• Material handling (receiving, inventory, storage, spare parts).
• Layout.
• Subcontract coordination.
• Jobsite hiring when required.
• In-place quantity reporting.
• As-Built Drawings.
• Post-construction review participation.
• Field purchases.
• Client and RPR relations.
• Time sheets.
• Small tool management.
• Knowledge of contract documents.
