Wharton-Smith, Inc. is seeking an experienced Senior Project Superintendent with a water/wastewater background for the Brevard & Indian River County, FL area. The role oversees daily field supervision, safety, schedule, cost, quality, and owner satisfaction on assigned projects.

The position offers $135,200+ annually, with performance bonuses twice a year and a comprehensive benefits package including health insurance, 401(k), paid time off, and a company vehicle.

Qualifications

• 10-15 years of total construction experience.
• Minimum of the most recent 5+ years as a Superintendent (required).
• 20+ years total construction experience preferred; 10+ years as Superintendent (required).
• Candidates must currently be working in water/wastewater.

Wharton-Smith, Inc is currently seeking an experienced Senior Project Superintendent with Water/Wastewater background for the Brevard & Indian River County, FL area. In this role, the successful candidate will be responsible for the direction and daily supervision of all job site field personnel on assigned projects. Responsibilities also include maintaining safety, owner satisfaction, cost, schedule, and quality control.

Compensation

$135,200+ annually, depending on experience and qualifications.

This position is also eligible for performance-based bonuses twice a year and a comprehensive benefits package including health insurance, 401(k), paid time off, and company vehicle.

Required Qualifications:

Minimum of the most recent 10+ years as a Superintendent (required).

Candidates must currently be working in water/wastewater.

Additional Qualifications:

• Good communication and people skills.
• Computer proficiency in MS Outlook, Word, Excel.
• Knowledge of Project Management Software (PMIS) .
• Valid Driver License and ability to commute to job sites.
