Job summary

You will coordinate subcontractors, manage project records, and uphold client relationships. You will manage permits, inspections, field procurement, and ensure SWPPP compliance while mentoring staff and maintaining project budgets.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; higher education preferred.
• 12+ years in construction management with multimillion-dollar project delivery.
• Proven leadership of field teams, scheduling, and budget adherence.
• Strong communication with project managers, clients, and subcontractors.
• Current Competent Person trainings (trenching, scaffolding, rigging, confined space, fall protection) and OSHA 30.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and project documentation.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all field operations and lead onsite management.
• Maintain quality control and enforce safety across projects.
• Coordinate permits, inspections, and field procurement.
• Manage subcontractor activity, meetings, and schedules.
• Maintain as-built drawings and field documentation weekly.
• Lead project planning, personnel staffing, and budget monitoring.
• Ensure client relationships and RPR communication remain strong.
• Support project closeout, punch lists, and lessons learned.
• Mentor junior staff and support HR in staffing needs.
