Consor is seeking a Senior Water/Wastewater Project Manager to lead planning, design, and delivery of complex municipal and industrial projects across the Pacific Northwest. You will mentor multidisciplinary teams and act as the primary client liaison with utilities and regulators.

In this hybrid role, you will drive performance, manage budgets, and pursue growth opportunities while guiding projects through design, permitting, construction, and closeout to deliver high‑quality outcomes.

Formación

• 15+ years of progressive experience delivering water and wastewater infrastructure projects.
• Demonstrated experience managing multidisciplinary teams and complex municipal utility projects.
• Proven success developing client relationships, winning new work, and contributing to business growth.
• Strong understanding of project delivery methods, permitting requirements, regulatory compliance, and utility infrastructure planning.
• Established relationships with municipal utilities and agencies in the Pacific Northwest preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and manage the full lifecycle of complex water and wastewater infrastructure projects.
• Direct multidisciplinary project teams in studies, master plans, design documents, and reports.
• Serve as senior client relationship manager with municipal utilities and agencies.
• Provide leadership in governance, QA, and risk management with design reviews and mitigation.
• Coordinate with subconsultants, contractors, and regulatory authorities for compliance.
• Drive project financial performance, budgets, forecasting, and negotiations to ensure profitability.
• Mentor and develop engineering and delivery teams for growth and excellence.
• Support business development and growth initiatives across Seattle and the Pacific Northwest.
• Champion sustainability and resilience in infrastructure strategies.
• Represent the organization in client meetings, industry conferences, public presentations, and stakeholder engagement efforts, strengthening market presence and reinforcing the firm’s reputation as a trusted leader in water and wastewater infrastructure delivery.
