Job summary

Consor seeks an experienced Senior Project Manager for Water/Wastewater in Tennessee. You will lead the planning, design, and delivery of municipal water and wastewater projects while growing client relationships and pursuing new opportunities across the region.

You will mentor teams, manage scopes and budgets, and guide proposals, SOQs, and presentations to win work and ensure client satisfaction.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of water/wastewater engineering experience.
• PE license in Tennessee or eligible for reciprocity.
• BS in Engineering required.
• Experience managing municipal water/wastewater projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning, design, and delivery of municipal water and wastewater projects.
• Develop and maintain relationships with municipal clients and stakeholders.
• Identify opportunities, win new work, and lead project execution.
• Manage scopes, schedules, budgets, and client satisfaction.
• Lead or support SOQs, proposals, and client presentations.
