Job summary

Consor seeks a Senior Water/Wastewater Project Manager to lead planning, design, and delivery of complex municipal and industrial water and wastewater projects across the Pacific Northwest. You will mentor teams, serve as primary client liaison, and guide governance, risk management, and design reviews for high-quality outcomes.

You will drive business growth in the Seattle region, champion sustainability, and ensure regulatory compliance while delivering projects on time and within budget.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of progressive experience delivering water and wastewater projects.
• Experience leading multidisciplinary teams and municipal utility projects.
• Proven success in developing client relationships and winning work.
• Strong knowledge of permitting, regulatory compliance, and utility planning.
• PNW relationships preferred; PE license or Washington reciprocity.

Responsibilities

• Lead full lifecycle of complex water and wastewater projects from scoping to closeout.
• Direct multidisciplinary project teams of engineers, planners, scientists, environmental specialists, and technical staff.
• Serve as senior client relationship manager with municipal utilities, public agencies, and private clients.
• Provide leadership in governance, quality assurance, and risk management, with design reviews and regulatory compliance.
• Coordinate with subconsultants, contractors, regulators to meet project objectives and regulations.
• Drive project budgets and profitability by forecasting revenue, resources, and managing changes.
• Mentor engineering and project delivery teams for growth and succession planning.
• Support business development and growth initiatives in Seattle and the Pacific Northwest.
• Champion sustainability and resilience in infrastructure solutions for aging systems and climate adaptation.
• Represent the organization in client meetings, industry conferences, and stakeholder engagement.
