Job summary

Consor is seeking a Water & Wastewater Project Engineer to lead design and delivery of municipal infrastructure for public-sector clients. This role involves coordinating with multidisciplinary teams, mentoring staff, and engaging with clients to advance projects from planning through construction.

The ideal candidate is a licensed PE with a strong foundation in water/wastewater systems, ready to take on increasing leadership responsibilities and manage projects with budgets up to $500k+.

Qualifications

• Licensed Professional Engineer with PE license.
• 6–12 years in water and wastewater engineering.
• Bachelor's degree in Civil, Environmental, Chemical, Mechanical, or related field.
• Strong understanding of water and wastewater design and project delivery.

Responsibilities

• Prepare/review plans, calculations, specs, and docs for water/wastewater projects.
• Ensure design compliance with standards and regulatory requirements.
• Participate in QA/QC reviews for design quality and integrity.
• Coordinate design efforts with internal teams, subconsultants, clients, and agencies.
• Serve as Task Lead or Assistant PM on projects valued at $500k+.
