Job summary

Arcadis in Miami, FL is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead high-impact water and wastewater infrastructure projects across Miami-Dade County and South Florida. This role focuses on conveyance, treatment, and master planning initiatives, delivering resilient municipal infrastructure and strengthening client partnerships.

You will manage scopes, budgets, and cross-functional teams from concept through construction, mentor junior staff, and guide municipal clients through every project stage,

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil, Environmental, or Mechanical Engineering.
• 10 years of water/wastewater experience.
• P.E. license or ability to obtain Florida license within 6 months.

Responsibilities

• Lead delivery of diverse water and wastewater projects from concept through completion.
• Mentor junior staff and ensure technical excellence across the team.
• Develop scopes of work, budgets, and construction documents for municipal water projects.
• Support growth through proposals, pursuit planning, and teaming strategy.
