The role emphasizes client relationship building, project leadership, and business development within a collaborative environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering from an ABET-accredited program.
• 15+ years of experience in civil/structural engineering environments.
• Professional Engineering license in DC, MD and/or VA.

Responsibilities

• Lead water and wastewater projects across the Washington, DC metropolitan area.
• Oversee projects from planning through delivery within scope, schedule, and budget.
• Build and maintain client relationships and support business development.
• Mentor project teams and coordinate multidisciplinary resources.
