Job summary

Stantec is seeking a Water/Wastewater Sr. Project Manager to lead planning and engineering design for water and wastewater infrastructure. This role collaborates across disciplines to deliver complex projects and ensure client satisfaction.

Responsibilities include guiding design teams, mentoring staff, pursuing business development, and ensuring quality and regulatory compliance throughout project lifecycles.

Qualifications

• Proven leadership of design teams and staff
• Strong client relationship development skills
• Extensive water/wastewater project management experience
• Knowledge of regulatory requirements and permitting processes

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor design professionals and technicians
• Develop and manage project scope, budget, and schedule
• Support business development and client engagement activities
• Prepare proposals and participate in multi-line opportunities
• Interface with clients, regulators, and stakeholders
• Oversee quality assurance and technical reviews
• Coordinate with engineering disciplines to execute complex designs
• Support project revenue forecasting and due diligence
