ARRO Consulting, Inc. is seeking a Water/Wastewater Engineer to lead and manage diverse water and wastewater projects in Pennsylvania.

You will oversee planning, design, permitting, construction administration, and client coordination, delivering sustainable infrastructure solutions. You will collaborate with regulatory agencies, project managers, and multidisciplinary teams, ensuring projects stay on time and within budget.

Qualifications

• PE license required; 5–15 years of water/wastewater experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in Civil/Environmental Engineering required.
• Master’s degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage water/wastewater projects from planning through construction and closeout.
• Perform design, permitting, and construction administration tasks.
• Prepare/review reports, calculations, specs, drawings, and project documentation.
• Develop construction estimates, schedules, and budget tracking.
• Coordinate permitting with local, state, and federal agencies.
• Mentor junior staff and support business development activities.
