The role emphasizes delivering high-quality engineering studies, permit applications, and documentation while mentoring junior staff and ensuring regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Environmental Engineering, or a related engineering discipline.
• Professional Engineer (PE) license.
• 10+ years of progressive engineering experience, including water/wastewater and municipal projects.
• Demonstrated project management experience overseeing complex infrastructure projects.
• Strong leadership, communication, and client management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of water/wastewater and municipal engineering projects.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for municipal, public sector, and utility clients, fostering strong relationships.
• Support business development through proposals, client engagement, and identification of new opportunities.
• Provide technical oversight and quality review for plans, reports, and construction documents.
• Mentor junior staff and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
