ARRO Water Services in State College, PA seeks a Full-Time Water/Wastewater Operator to support operations at medium-sized facilities and assist senior operators and engineers.

Reporting to the Operations Manager, you will attend client meetings, coordinate field activities, and help ensure projects stay on schedule and within budget. This role emphasizes safety, regulatory compliance, and ongoing professional development.

Qualifications

• High school graduate or equivalent.
• Minimum of five years of experience in operations management or engineering field.
• Water/wastewater license in the state of operation is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the operations of medium-sized facilities and support the work of senior operators and engineers.
• Attend client meetings with senior level operators or project manager as required.
• Assist in the coordination of construction/operation's-related activities at treatment plants to minimize delays and interference with the operation of the plants.
• Serve in a support role to senior operators and engineers and ensure tasks are completed on schedule and within budget.
• Maintain client relations and pursue ongoing professional development.
