Job summary

Stantec is seeking a Senior Project Manager for its Water Sector in Atlanta, GA. The role focuses on planning project execution, budgeting, scheduling, and client interaction within municipal water and wastewater markets.

You will coordinate with engineers, prepare task orders, manage contracts, and oversee cost-effective design solutions. The successful candidate will have a BS in Civil/Water Resources Engineering, 10+ years in a similar role, and ideally a PE license.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science (minimum) in Civil, Water Resources, Biological Systems, or Environmental Engineering or related degree.
• Minimum of 10 years in a similar role.
• Minimum of 2 years with large project or contract management responsibilities.

Responsibilities

• Plan project execution including resourcing, budgets and schedules.
• Prepare task orders and manage contracts.
• Interact and present to clients, primarily in municipal water/wastewater.
• Mentor junior staff and supervise direct reports.
• Develop long-lasting client partnerships and lead teams on multi-discipline projects.
