Stantec’s Water Sector seeks a Senior Project Manager to join our Atlanta area team. You will lead municipal water and wastewater projects, plan scope, budgets, schedules, and manage contracts while coordinating with design teams and clients.

You will mentor junior staff, develop client partnerships, and ensure HSSE compliance across all project phases. The role requires a BS in a related field, 10+ years of experience, and Georgia licensure or reciprocity.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Civil or related field; 10+ years of experience in a similar role.
• 2+ years of experience managing large projects or contracts.

Responsabilités

• Plan project execution including resourcing, budgets and schedules.
• Prepare task orders and manage contracts; interact with clients.
• Mentor junior staff and supervise direct reports.
• Coordinate with engineers and technical staff to meet project needs.
• Ensure HSSE policies, safety standards and quality controls are followed.
• Develop client relationships and support business development.
