Job summary

Stantec's Water practice is seeking a highly motivated Senior Water/Wastewater Engineer to join our team in the Pacific Northwest. Responsibilities include client service management, project delivery, design management, and project management for water and wastewater projects.

The role requires extensive experience in planning, design, and construction administration, with leadership responsibilities and opportunities for career growth.

Qualifications

• Education: B.S. in civil, environmental, or chemical engineering; M.S. preferred.
• Minimum of 15 years of water/wastewater treatment or conveyance experience.
• Valid Professional Engineering license.

Responsibilities

• Engage in business development and project delivery as a client-facing Project Leader in Municipal/Industrial Water in the Pacific Northwest.
• Manage project staff, financials, and contracts to meet performance goals and client expectations.
• Promote Stantec’s project delivery structure with Project Managers and Project Tech Leads.
• Provide technical guidance and leadership on water/wastewater projects.
• Communicate effectively with clients through planning, design, and construction phases.
• Lead business development efforts and strategic client relationships in the Pacific Northwest.
