Job summary

GAI Consultants Inc. is seeking a Civil/Environmental Engineer with a Professional Engineer (P.E.) license to lead water and wastewater infrastructure projects in Bridgeport, West Virginia, in a hybrid work setting.

You will directly engage clients, mentor junior staff, and influence municipal and utility projects across the Mid-Atlantic. You will manage scope, schedule, budget, and quality, coordinate multidisciplinary teams from concept through construction, and grow client relationships while

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Environmental Engineering, or a related field.
• Professional Engineer (P.E.) license and a valid driver’s license.
• Experience with water and sewer system design, rehabilitation, permitting, construction administration, or bid document preparation.

Responsibilities

• Lead water and wastewater project delivery from concept through construction.
• Prepare calculations, reports, technical specs, construction documents, bid packages, and cost estimates.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary teams and deliver projects with direct client engagement.
• Mentor junior engineers and contribute to growing the Water & Wastewater practice.
