Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Civil or Environmental Engineering.
• Experience in water/wastewater design, rehabilitation, permitting, and construction.
• Strong leadership and client-facing skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead multi-discipline teams from planning through construction on water/wastewater projects.
• Oversee design packages, permitting, bidding, and contract document production.
• Mentor junior staff and engage with clients on-site and in the field.
