Job summary

gpac is seeking a Water/Wastewater Senior Project Engineer to join a well‑established team. The role covers planning, design, and oversight of municipal water and wastewater infrastructure, with opportunities to mentor junior engineers.

Responsibilities include scoping projects, budgeting, and preparing permits, while coordinating with clients and regulatory bodies to meet standards and timelines.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in civil engineering or related field.
• PE license is required.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in water/wastewater.
• Strong knowledge of water/wastewater systems and regulatory standards.
• Prior project management experience preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, BIM, AutoCAD, Civil3D.

Responsibilities

• Work within multidisciplinary teams in planning, design, and construction of wastewater treatment projects.
• Develop preliminary designs, cost estimates, and construction documents.
• Project scoping and budgeting.
• Lead project coordination with clients and stakeholders.
