Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in water/wastewater engineering.
• BS in Civil Engineering.
• AZ Professional Engineer license.
• Ability to speak and write professionally.
• Ability to mentor staff.
• Ability to review Water/Wastewater deliverables.
• Ability to prepare proposals and manage project execution.
• Ability to interface with clients and develop business.

Responsibilities

• Manage project engineering services from concept through construction.
• Perform engineering design tasks on water/wastewater infrastructure projects.
• Prepare engineering design reports.
• Direct professionals and sub-consultants to prepare plans and specifications.
• Procure permitting and project approvals.
• Conduct quality control reviews on projects.
• Pursue client management and business development opportunities.
