Job summary

GBA Team is seeking a Wastewater Project Manager to lead engineering design for wastewater treatment plants and collection systems. You will guide multidisciplinary teams, provide technical direction, and ensure high-quality deliverables for municipal infrastructure projects.

Ideal candidates bring PE licensure, 12+ years of experience, and the ability to mentor staff while collaborating with Water Environment teams across regions. The role includes travel and leadership of complex projects.

Qualifications

• PE license required.
• 12+ years of relevant experience or equivalent.
• Experience with municipal infrastructure and wastewater treatment is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead engineering design for wastewater treatment plants and collection systems.
• Guide multidisciplinary project teams through complex infrastructure projects.
• Provide technical review and direction on engineering deliverables.
• Support hydraulic modelling, process evaluation, and rehabilitation design.
• Mentor project engineers and developing staff.
• Collaborate with Water Environment teams across regions.
