Job summary

HR Green, Inc. in Saint Paul, MN is seeking an experienced Water/Wastewater Senior Project Manager to own infrastructure projects from concept through construction, expanding client relationships, and mentoring engineers as part of a growing national practice.

Our Water/Wastewater team covers raw water systems, treatment, distribution, wastewater facilities, and pump stations; you’ll lead delivery, ensure QA/QC, and guide strategic growth while collaborating with multidisciplinary teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil or Environmental Engineering (Master’s preferred).
• 10+ years of water/wastewater engineering experience.
• Strong project management and client relationship skills.
• Current Professional Engineer (P.E.) license required.

Responsibilities

• Lead projects on schedule and within budget from kickoff through delivery.
• Manage project teams, mentor junior staff, and support professional development.
• Serve as a technical resource and trusted client partner.
• Support proposal development, interviews, and strategic growth initiatives.
• Oversee construction administration and coordinate with contractors and field staff.
• Ensure high-quality project delivery through strong QA/QC practices.
