Job summary

GBA is seeking a Wastewater Project Manager to lead engineering design for wastewater treatment plants and collection systems. You will guide multidisciplinary teams, review engineering deliverables, and support hydraulic modeling and rehabilitation design.

You will mentor engineers, build relationships with municipal clients, and collaborate with Water Environment teams across regions to deliver high-quality infrastructure solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering, environmental engineering, biological engineering, agricultural engineering, or a related field.
• 12+ years of relevant experience OR an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Professional Engineer (PE) license required.
• Multi-state licensure or ability to obtain licensure in KS, MO, NE, or TX preferred.
• Experience in municipal infrastructure with wastewater treatment is a plus.
• Enjoy guiding engineering teams and mentoring staff.
• Build trusted relationships with municipal client.
• Take pride in delivering high-quality engineering solutions.

Responsibilities
