Job summary

Brown and Caldwell, Inc. is seeking a Senior Program Manager to drive planning and delivery of large water and wastewater projects.

This role supports the East Business Unit with remote/hybrid flexibility and travel as required, leading program activities and governance to achieve objectives and benefits. You will oversee program controls, risk management, stakeholder engagement, and performance monitoring across multiple complex initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, construction, business management or related field required.
• Program management certification or willingness to obtain within 12 months.

Responsibilities

• Lead assignments and activities on complex projects and programs.
• Manage program governance and stakeholder management across the lifecycle.
• Oversee planning, initiation, delivery, and closeout phases of programs.
• Coordinate resources, manage timelines, and ensure quality and outcomes.
• Support performance and benefits realization plans and reporting.
• Apply sales techniques for successful negotiation and transactions.
• Travel within territory as needed and adapt to evolving needs.
