Job summary
Brown and Caldwell, Inc. is seeking a Senior Program Manager to lead complex water and wastewater projects within the East Business Unit.
The role supports planning and execution across program management services, governance, risk, and stakeholder management, with travel as needed and a remote/hybrid/work-location flexibility. You will drive program delivery lifecycle activities, monitor performance, and ensure benefits realization while coordinating cross-functional teams to achieve program
Qualifications
- Minimum 10 years of related work experience in project or program management.
- Ability to lead large, complex projects and programs.
- Experience in program governance, risk, and stakeholder management.
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, construction, business management or related field; PM certification pursued.
Responsibilities
- Lead assignments on complex projects and programs in the water/wastewater sector.
- Oversee planning, initiation, delivery and closeout of programs.
- Manage governance, risk, and stakeholder engagement for programs.
- Ensure deliverables meet quality standards and outcomes within budget and schedule.
