Job summary

Metric Geo seeks a Senior Water & Wastewater Process Engineer / Project Manager to lead process engineering on municipal and industrial projects. You will drive design from early development through detailed design and delivery, working closely with clients, project teams, and other technical disciplines.

The role requires a chemical/civil/environmental engineering background with about 7+ years of relevant experience, strong communication, and project leadership.

Qualifications

• Must have strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience working with clients and multidisciplinary project teams.
• Proficiency with standard engineering software and Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Lead development and delivery of process designs for municipal and industrial water and wastewater projects.
• Coordinate process engineering with other disciplines and manage design documentation.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior engineers and designers.
• Support proposals, client development, and business development activities.
• Ensure compliance with applicable standards and project requirements.
