Competenze

• Master’s degree in Civil, Chemical, or Environmental Engineering from an ABET-accredited program.
• PE license or ability to obtain licensure.
• 10+ years of municipal water/wastewater process design experience.
• At least 2 years of design project leadership experience.
• Experience with process modeling software such as GPS-X, SUMO, or BioWin.
• Strong technical leadership, communication, and mentoring skills.

This role combines technical design, project management, team development, and client engagement, with opportunities to work on conventional and advanced treatment technologies.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design of water and wastewater treatment processes, pump stations, lift stations, and related systems.
• Oversee process evaluations, equipment selection, hydraulic analyses, and conceptual and detailed designs.
• Manage preparation of construction plans, specifications, and 3D models.
• Develop project scopes, schedules, budgets, and fee estimates.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary teams, regulatory agencies, and client stakeholders.

Qualifications
