Inframark's Maintenance Supervisor role leads maintenance staff at water and wastewater facilities in Mississippi. You will plan, schedule, and oversee preventive, corrective, and predictive maintenance to ensure efficient operations.

The position requires strong supervisory skills, experience with pumps, motors, electrical systems, and CMMS, plus a high school diploma or associate degree. CDL optional.

Qualificações

• High School diploma or GED or equivalent.
• Associate degree in maintenance technology preferred.
• 7–10 years of maintenance experience in industrial or utility settings.
• Experience servicing pumps, motors, controls, and electrical systems.
• Supervisory experience directing maintenance staff.

Responsabilidades

• Oversees and coordinates maintenance staff and daily activities.
• Plans, schedules, and delivers preventive, corrective, and predictive maintenance.
• Monitors compliance with maintenance schedules, policies, and procedures.
• Ensures timely completion of corrective or emergency repairs.
• Assesses and prioritizes maintenance tasks to optimize efficiency.
• Collaborates with Project or Plant Manager to improve systems and efficiencies.
