Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil/Environmental Engineering required or equivalent.
• PE license required, or ability to obtain within 6 months.
• 7+ years of water and wastewater engineering experience with project design and management.

Responsibilities

• Lead the planning, design, and management of water and wastewater facilities, distribution and collection systems.
• Conduct feasibility studies, prepare technical reports, and recommend infrastructure improvements.
• Develop detailed designs, calculations, specs, and cost estimates.
• Mentor junior staff and provide technical guidance.
• Coordinate with clients, regulators, and stakeholders for compliance and alignment.
