Job summary

Ardurra Group, Inc. seeks a Production Designer – Water/Wastewater to lead production design across water and wastewater infrastructure projects in California. The role may be remote with residency in CA and involves collaboration with engineers, PMs, and technical teams.

Ideal candidates will guide CAD standards, mentor staff, and deliver designs using Civil 3D and Revit, aligning with project requirements and schedules.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s degree or Technical Certificate preferred.
• 8+ years of design experience with production design duties.
• Proficiency with CAD tools including Civil 3D and Revit.
• Strong knowledge of water and wastewater infrastructure design standards.

Responsibilities

• Lead the CAD team in producing engineering drawings and models for water and wastewater projects.
• Implement and maintain CAD standards, processes, and tools to improve productivity and quality.
• Collaborate with engineers and project managers to align designs with requirements.
• Mentor and train Production Design staff and foster continuous improvement.
• Coordinate with Tech Ops and project teams for quality control and consistency.
• Support design requirements for water/wastewater facilities and pipelines.
• Utilize Civil 3D, Revit, and related applications as required.
