Job summary

Ardurra Group seeks a Senior Water/Wastewater Engineer for our Charlotte, NC team. You will lead design, permitting, and optimization of water and wastewater systems, including treatment facilities and pumping stations, serving municipal and institutional clients in the region.

The role requires a PE, a Bachelor’s in Civil/Environmental Engineering, and 5+ years of experience in water/wastewater. You’ll mentor colleagues, support business development, and help deliver innovative, cost-effective

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Civil or Environmental Engineering required.
Professional Engineer (PE) required.
Approximately 5+ years of water/wastewater engineering experience.
Experience in drinking water a plus.

Responsibilities

Lead the planning, design, and implementation of water and wastewater projects, including collection and distribution systems.
Design and permitting of water, wastewater, and reclaimed water pipelines, including gravity and pressure systems.
Lead process design in feasibility studies and facility plans.
Design and upgrades for wastewater pump stations and booster pump stations.
Hydraulic modeling and analysis of water distribution, reclaimed water transmission, and wastewater systems.
Support client service managers and business development as a technical SME at meetings/interviews.
Contribute to pursuits and interviews with treatment process innovations and scoping.
Develop scope and budget for new project opportunities.
Provide guidance and mentorship to staff on water and wastewater projects.
