Job summary

Ardurra is seeking an experienced Senior Water/Wastewater Engineer to join our team in Charlotte, NC. You will lead design and management of water and wastewater projects, including treatment and conveyance systems, while mentoring colleagues and supporting business development.

The role requires a PE license, a civil/environmental engineering degree, and about 5+ years of relevant experience, with drinking water experience considered a plus.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Lead planning, design, and implementation of water and wastewater projects.
• Design and permitting of pipelines, including gravity and pressure systems.
• Lead process design in feasibility studies and facility plans.
• Oversee wastewater pump stations and booster stations design.
• Perform hydraulic modeling and system analyses.
• Support client service managers and pursue business development.
• Develop scope and budget for new opportunities.
• Mentor colleagues on water and wastewater projects.
