Job summary

The role requires technical leadership on process design, development of calculations, drawings and specifications, and support for client service managers and proposals.

Qualifications

• Arizona Professional Engineer license
• 10+ years of water/wastewater treatment experience
• Experience leading multidisciplinary design teams and client-facing engagements

Responsibilities

• Provide technical leadership to design consultants to complete detailed and permitted construction plans
• Lead the process design for water and wastewater treatment processes
• Lead the development of calculations, drawings, and specifications for complex upgrades
• Support client service managers and business development efforts, including technical meetings and interviews
• Develop scope and budget for new project opportunities
• Mentor and guide team members in water and wastewater treatment work
