Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil, Environmental, or related field; Master’s preferred.
• PE license required or able to obtain within 6 months.
• 10+ years in water/wastewater engineering with project design/management.
• Strong knowledge of treatment processes, hydraulic modeling, and infrastructure.
• Collaborative leadership in multidisciplinary teams.
• Familiarity with codes, standards, and regulatory requirements.
• Proficiency in hydraulic modeling software (Visual Hydraulics, EFT Fathom, WaterGems).
• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead the planning, design, and management of water and wastewater facilities, distribution systems, and collection systems.
• Conduct feasibility studies, prepare technical reports, and provide recommendations for infrastructure improvements.
• Develop detailed engineering designs, calculations, specifications, and cost estimates.
• Manage and mentor junior staff, providing technical guidance and professional development.
• Coordinate with clients, stakeholders, and regulatory agencies to ensure project alignment and compliance.
• Perform site assessments, inspections, and evaluations to identify project needs and challenges.
• Prepare proposals, budgets, schedules, and project scopes.
