Job summary

Stanley Consultants is seeking a Senior Water/Wastewater Engineer to lead water resources and municipal utility projects across multiple locations, including West Palm Beach. Responsibilities cover planning, design, construction, and project management with a focus on drinking water and wastewater systems.

The role requires a BS in engineering, 10+ years of experience, PE licensure, and strong communication, leadership and client-relations skills. Hybrid work options are available.

Qualifications

• BS degree in Civil/Mechanical/Chemical/Environmental Eng.
• 10+ years of relevant experience.
• PE license; Illinois/Indiana/Michigan/Wisconsin network or ability to obtain.
• Active participation in professional organizations.
• Strong writing and client relations skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead delivery of water/wastewater projects including design and construction services.
• Prepare master planning reports and grants/loans documents.
• Mentor staff and coordinate multi-disciplinary teams.
• Collaborate with clients and stakeholders to ensure satisfaction.
• Deliver projects on time and within budget.
