Job summary
Arcadis seeks an Account Leader to grow water, wastewater, and solid waste opportunities in West Florida, based in Tampa. You will drive client relationships, lead multi-disciplinary teams, and develop winning strategies for task orders and projects across Hillsborough, Pasco, Pinellas, and Sarasota Counties.
The role requires a senior, technically adept professional with a track record in municipal water/wastewater projects, strong communication skills, and the ability to manage scope and cost
Qualifications
- 10 years of experience in business development and/or project management in water, wastewater, stormwater, resilience and solid waste sectors.
- Bachelor of Science in Civil, Environmental, Water Resources, or related field.
- Florida P.E. License or ability to obtain within 6 months.
Responsibilities
- Build and strengthen client relationships with decision makers to become a trusted advisor.
- Lead pursuit plans and develop client engagement strategies for new projects.
- Coordinate with project managers on planning, design, and construction to deliver quality services.
- Serve as a senior technical resource on municipal water, wastewater, stormwater, resilience and solid waste projects.
- Travel up to 30% for meetings and events.
