Arcadis is seeking a Principal Account Leader/Project Manager to grow and deliver water, wastewater, stormwater, resilience, and solid waste projects across West Florida, focusing on Hillsborough County with support for surrounding counties. You will partner with area leaders, project managers, and technical experts to win strategic pursuits and ensure successful project delivery.

• BS in Civil/Environmental Eng, Water Resources, or related field.
• 10 years of experience in business development and/or project management in water, wastewater, stormwater, resilience and solid waste sectors.
• PE license in Florida or ability to obtain within 6 months.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and strengthen relationships with municipal clients and key decision-makers, positioning Arcadis as a trusted advisor and preferred partner.
• Lead account growth efforts by identifying client needs, market opportunities, and strategic initiatives that expand Arcadis' presence in the region.
• Drive business development activities, including pursuit planning, client engagement strategies, proposal development, interviews, and task order negotiations.
• Manage and oversee the planning, design, and delivery of municipal infrastructure projects, ensuring quality, schedule, budget, and client satisfaction objectives are achieved.
• Serve as a senior technical and project leadership resource on water, wastewater, stormwater, resilience, and solid waste planning, design, and program management projects.
• Mentor and support the development of junior and mid-level staff while contributing to strong financial performance, growth, and overall business success.
