Job summary

Arcadis is seeking a Senior Account Leader / Project Manager in Orlando to grow water, wastewater, and stormwater opportunities in Central and North Florida. You will lead client relationships, shape pursuits, and oversee planning, design, and construction activities for municipal projects.

The role requires a strong engineering background, Florida licensure or progress toward it, and the ability to travel up to 30% for client meetings and events.

Qualifications

• 10 years of experience in business development and/or project management in water, wastewater, stormwater, and resilience sectors; BS required.
• Florida P.E. license or ability to obtain within 6 months.

Responsibilities

• Build and strengthen client relationships with decision makers to become a trusted advisor.
• Lead pursuits and develop client engagement strategies to win new projects.
• Monitor planning, design, and construction administration to ensure quality and on-time delivery.
• Collaborate with practice leaders to align water processes and share best practices.
• Travel up to 30% for meetings and events.
