Job summary

Arcadis seeks a Senior Account Leader / Project Manager to grow water, wastewater, and stormwater opportunities in Central and North Florida. The role is based in Orlando, FL and requires strong client relationships and program leadership across multi-disciplinary teams.

The candidate will lead pursuit plans, manage scope and cost proposals, and act as a senior technical resource while supporting staff development and national practice alignment.

Qualifications

• 10 years of experience in business development and/or project management in water, wastewater, stormwater, and resilience.
• Florida P.E. License or ability to obtain within 6 months.
• BS in Civil/Environmental/Wastewater or related field.

Responsibilities

• Build and strengthen client relationships with decision makers to become trusted advisors.
• Lead pursuit plans, engage clients, and help win new projects.
• Monitor planning, design, and construction administration to deliver quality services on schedule.
• Serve as senior technical resource across municipal water, wastewater, stormwater, resilience projects.
• Collaborate with National Water Practice to align technical approaches.
• Support development of junior staff and contribute to practice direction.
