Job summary

WSP USA is seeking a Manager, Management Consultancy for our Indianapolis, IN office to lead water and wastewater advisory projects. You will oversee technical quality, guide junior staff, and manage client engagements across the US Advisory Services practice.

In this role you will develop RO treatment concepts, assess facility performance, prepare procurement materials, and collaborate with engineers, financial analysts, and procurement teams to deliver solutions that meet client objectives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or equivalent degree in relevant field.
• 7+ years' experience in industrial, consulting, and/or research settings.
• Experience with water and wastewater projects.
• Expertise in Reverse Osmosis treatment processes and membrane modeling.
• Strong written and oral communication skills.
• Authorized to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the technical quality and delivery of water treatment consulting services.
• Provide technical guidance to junior staff and manage project delivery.
• Interface with clients to determine goals and constraints for projects.
• Develop concept-level RO treatment approaches satisfying client needs.
• Assist with procurement documents and evaluation of contractor proposals.
• Collaborate with engineers, investment bankers, and procurement teams to meet objectives.
