VS Engineering is seeking a Water Resources Project Manager to lead complex water resources projects in Indianapolis and beyond. This role emphasizes leadership, technical design, client development, and team growth within our Water Resources practice.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering (ABET-accredited) required.
• Indiana PE registration or ability to obtain.
• 7+ years of water resources design experience.
• 3+ years of project management and team leadership experience.
• Exceptional leadership and strong technical design skills.
• Experience with public-sector projects for state, county, and municipal clients.
• Experience with water/wastewater, stormwater, drainage, watershed, CSO, and/or municipal program management.
• Strong communication, client relationships, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage project scope, budget, schedule, staffing, and delivery.
• Lead, mentor, and develop project teams.
• Build client relationships and grow VS's water resources portfolio.
• Lead pursuits and assist with project funding opportunities.
• Prepare proposals, change orders, contracts, and client communications.
• Develop, review, and provide quality control for water resources designs.
• Prepare reports and feasibility studies.
• Collaborate with clients, teams, and regulatory agencies to deliver successful projects.
