Align is seeking a skilled Water and Wastewater Project Manager in Indianapolis, IN, to oversee project execution and business development. The ideal candidate should have over 10 years of experience in water/wastewater treatment design and project management, with a strong focus on regulatory compliance and client engagement.

Your leadership will help drive projects and the growth of Water and Wastewater services in Indiana, working collaboratively across departments and mentoring junior staff.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in water/wastewater treatment design and project management.
• Preferred Indiana Professional Engineer (PE) license or ability to obtain within 12 months.
• Strong understanding of QA/QC protocols and state/local regulations.

Responsibilities

• Lead marketing and project execution for Water and Wastewater projects in Indiana.
• Manage and execute projects in Indiana and other market locations.
• Prepare and oversee technical reports, specifications, and cost estimates.
