Job summary

GRW is seeking a Client Services Manager/Senior Project Manager in our Indianapolis office. You will develop project budgets, contracts, and schedules while managing client relationships and directing staff engineers and CAD on diverse projects.

The ideal candidate has 10+ years of civil engineering experience, Indiana PE or ability to obtain within 6 months, and strong communication skills to interact with public clients and utilities in Indiana and neighboring states.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 10 years of relevant experience.
• Education: Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering or higher; Indiana PE registration or ability to obtain within 6 months.
• Experience with design and construction administration of water and wastewater infrastructure in a consulting environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Effective oral and written English communication; able to write reports and business correspondence and present information.

Responsibilities

• Develop project budgets, contracts, and schedules; manage client relationships.
• Oversee and perform technical work; direct staff engineers and CAD on project tasks.
• Coordinate with public clients (cities and towns) and regional water/sewer districts.
• Ensure projects meet budgets and timelines and comply with regulations.
