Qualifikationen

• ABET-accredited Bachelor's degree in civil engineering or related field.
• Professional Engineering license (PE).
• 10+ years of civil engineering project experience.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office suite.
• Proficient in Bentley ORD and Autodesk Civil 3D.
• Proficient in ICPR, SWMM, and HED-RAS modeling software.
• Proficient in ArcGIS.
• Experience working with local county/state clients.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.

Aufgaben

• Manages project(s) in accordance with scope, schedule, and budget.
• Collaborates with disciplines and subconsultants to develop a risk adverse project scope and fee.
• Develop project plans, management plans, and QA/QC plans.
• Create and maintain project schedules.
• Manage subconsultants and coordinate deliverables.
• Monitor and mitigate risks; develop extra work orders and contract task proposals.
• Communicate project status to stakeholders.
• Participate in project financial status meetings.
• Build client relationships to define requirements for quality delivery.
• Prepare progress reports and review invoices.
• Lead in project status presentations and marketing support.
• Coordinate resources to ensure high-quality outcomes.
• Mentor team members and provide leadership and performance feedback.
