Job summary

Johnson, Mirmiran & Thompson (JMT) is seeking a Senior Project Manager in Florida to lead civil engineering projects for public and private clients. You will manage scope, schedule, and budget while coordinating with multiple disciplines and subconsultants to deliver high-quality outcomes.

The role requires a PE license, ABET‑accredited Civil Engineering degree, and 10+ years of experience. Proficiency in MS Office, Bentley ORD, AutoCAD Civil 3D, ICPR, SWMM, HED-RAS, and ArcGIS is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering from an ABET-accredited program is required.
• Professional Engineering license is required.
• 10+ years of experience in civil engineering or related field.

Responsibilities

• Manages projects in scope, schedule, and budget.
• Collaborates with disciplines and subconsultants to define project scope and fees.
• Develops project plans, PM plans, and quality management plans.
• Creates and maintains project schedules; manages subconsultants.
• Monitors progress, mitigates risks, and handles change orders and proposals.
• Communicates status to stakeholders and prepares progress reports.
